Beginning Sounds

Match 2 pictures to each beginning sound.  Set includes 4 control boards and 52 picture cards.  Vowels are separate.  A great exercise for the pre-reader.  Can be separated into 4 exercises or combined to include the entire alphabet.  Velcro can be added to the pictures to help keep the exercise together.
